Create Database Instance in Oracle Free Cloud

Click on : Navigator — Oracle Database

Click on Create Autonomous Database

Select Compartment, Enter(Modify) display/database name

Choose Workload Type and Deployment Type

Configure the database

Enter password for ADMIN Database Account

Choose Network Access Type

Leave the other options to default and click on : Create Autonomous Database
